The report includes functional areas, hierarchy of management, importance of communication for leadership and management, drivers of globalisation along with impact and comparison of two leadership styles. 1. Functional Areas Brigade Electronics is a small and medium size enterprise which provides devices to ensure safety in relation to vehicles by providing solutions for all types of mobile plants and commercial automobiles. This organisation came up with its very first reversing alarm within Europe.
