Leadership plays a crucial role in managing and guiding organizations towards success. It encompasses qualities such as charisma, empowerment, managerial competence, decisiveness, and communication skills. This study focuses on various aspects of leadership, including gender leadership, leadership behavior, style, development, and theories.Studies highlight the significance of political leaders' traits, such as empathy, integrity, and facial appearance, in political leadership. The ascription-actuality trait theory suggests that certain traits may infer suitability for leadership but might not influence leadership effectiveness. The big five test and facial expression assessment are used to analyze personality traits and leadership effectiveness. This research offers insights into influencing electoral outcomes and highlights limitations related to rater bias.
