This study provides insight about the value of implementing appropriate leadership style at the workplace in order to gain effective performance from the employees. It identifies the range of leadership management in chosen organization, example of leadership traits in the organization and applies seven-mindset theory on the key members. It also includes reflective analysis on my leadership, planning for present and future role thinking, to what extent is your own leadership style aligned and typical to that of your own organization and how likely is your leadership style to be one that will support the organization change to become a key leading 21st Century business.
