This research proposal aims to identify the influence of leadership on increasing the productivity and performance of employees within the IT sector. The research objectives include analyzing the impact of leadership on boosting employee performance and efficiency, determining the leadership challenges faced by the company, and finding ways to mitigate these issues. The research methodology involves positivism philosophy, probability sampling, quantitative research, primary and secondary data collection, survey strategy, and questionnaire as a research instrument. The potential outcomes of the research include gaining knowledge regarding better leadership, analyzing challenges that may affect employee performance and productivity, and finding effective ways to mitigate leadership challenges.
