INTRODUCTION Leadership, is not considered as the duty, but also it is an art to empowering other individuals into an effective team with intact qualities. An individual who guides others in an organisationorinanysectorforrelativelypurposetoachievethedesiredgoalsofan organisation or in any business would be called as a Leader. Vital purpose of the leader is to bring motivation among within the team members to perform the work effectively by providing them an overview regarding the strategies andtheories of innovation. It will really helps the employee's to bring motivation in themselves and also it will tell them the importance of time and the resources through which the goals will be achieve (Badibanga, A. and Ohlson, M., 2021). Nowadays,quality ofleadership is the requirement in every private organisation. All aspirants in their resume will mention their best quality as a Leader, because they know it will put a enhanced impression on the interviewer, it will advance the chances of the candidate to score the job role. The manager or selectors of any small or any big organisation desires to select an employee who have a quality to lead others and who always get ready to take initiative, able to perceive plan and don't get afraid in a critical situation. In this essay, The quality of Leadership , within the scope of the significance of Leadership potential and howmillennials generation will get managed and even get the assistance by the skill of leadership. MAIN BODY Leadership quality will bring discipline in the life, as being a leader it is important to know that, to whom this quality will be shown and who have the capability to obey the instructions of leaders. Not everyone has a desire to work under someone, it is really hard for people to believe in someone. It is basically depends on the mind set of people that, do they really want someone to control them or they individually are sufficient to control every situation in their businesses or in their life. For example, According to the traditional generation is hardly believe in leadership quality but, nowmillennial generation has a mind set to get managed by someone who has a quality to brings positive changes in their behaviour or helps them to achieve the goals in an organisation as well as maintain their individual life with well discipline (Faller, M. and Gogek, J., 2019). The millennial generation has a thinking that, they have better styles of leadership and they adapt those style better than traditional generation. 1
Desires of the Millennial Generation with the Leader. There are few demands of the millennial generation regarding the leadership quality such as: Assign the quality task-The performance of the employee's or the team will be depend on t task, provided by their leader. The millennial generation wants a task which gives them some learning so, that they brings some changes in their life and gives them a motivation to perform the task effectively and efficiently. The quality task will force the team members to think out of the box and gives them a duty to fulfil all the requirements in the given task. Freedom in their personal life-The concept of the leadership brings out to motivate the employees of the organisation, helps the company to achieve the rapid growth and achieve all the desired goals of the organisation. The millennial is ready to obey their leader and will show a better performance in the organisation(Hernandez,2018). But, they want to get free in the office only from their official responsibilities, they don't to bring any work at their home. They want that type of leadership which helps, the employee's to finish all the work in the company only and at home they will get their freedom and they can do whatever they want. Gives Importance to all the individuals-The leadership quality came to brings the motivation in a team. The millennial wants that, every individual is a part of the team and the team would be made by the different-different individual. If every individual perform better work eventually, the whole team will be able to perform(Poole Jr, 2018 ). According to the millennial, they want the attention in every individual performance so, that the whole team will be able to work together and can be work as a team. Encourage the team members-It is not possible every time to give their best while performing the task. It is the duty of the leader to bring motivation in the working environment and encourage all the members of the team to perform with their best abilities and calibre for the one and only purpose that, provide the success to the company. These are some desires of the millennial generation which they want from their leaders in assigning the task or how they want to get managed by their leaders or what type leadership style they more likely to adopt. Millennial styles of Leadership-The millennial's are very advanced in their life, they have a different mind set from the traditional generation. The leader has to act according to the need of the situation and also transfer that enthusiastic behaviour in each and every members. The 2

Millennials wants participation- The traditional generation were not so aware about the system but, millennials are very concise about their responsibilities. They always want a participation in leadership process and they show their interest to give advises to their leaders and also take experience from them. The millennials choice is different, they want to perform with innovative ideas and technology unlike the traditional generation where they just dependent on their leader skills. Millennials believes in Unity-Their main aim is to perform the work in a unity, they like building a relationship between the team members. They don't want to put burden on any individual, they like to take all the responsibilities over the team and also gives success to the company with the effective team conceptualization (Putriastuti, 2019). Millennials wants support-Millennials are very enthusiastic towards their company operations so, they also want support from their leader. The leader in the millennial generation provides them best facility to support their team members so, that they will be able to enjoy outside the company and also live their happily without any stress. Themillennialsdon’t likethetraditionalform ofleadership,theywanttoadopt something innovative and supportive style of leadership. The five changes are given below which millennials wants to bring in today's style of leadership. Right to left out, if leadership is not worthy-The millennials never support those style of leadership which is not able to help them as well as to the company. If they don't feel comfortable with the work given by a leader or they realise that there is no growth under such type of leadership, they quit that style and also a leader (Stasi, 2019 ). Millennials have different needs-Unlike the traditional generation, millennials have different needs, their prospective are different and they believe in a training period. The millennials require the training period which, helps them to bring some leadership quality in them. Millennials used Flats management structure-The hierarchy of management structure is like a pyramid in which all the stages are prescribed. They don't prefer various stages of the management to fulfil the requirements of the company. 3
Millennials wants appreciation-Millennial generation give their best effort in the operation of a company, they perform the work with full motivation and confidence, they always obey the decisions of their leader. So, they also want appreciation from their leaders and want to get valued their efforts by the company (Sherman, and Saifman, 2018). Millennials always support right one-If they didn't like the policies of the company then unlike, traditional generation they left the policy. They believes that the policy of the company should bring any sense in operations of the company. If they didn't felt any sense they decide to brings changes in a policy. These aresomechangeswhichthe millennialswantto bring intoday'sstyle of leadership. They are in against of the traditional style of leadership. The millennials believes that leadership is an art and the art should be present without any deficiency so, that there is no question arises in style of leadership(Vijaybaskar, 2020.). CONCLUSION In the above essay, the styles of leadership, millennials style of leadership got discussed and the betterment would got shown in the millennials style of leadership as compared to the traditional style of leadership. Changes are done by millennials in the traditional style of leadership. The millennials have a different mind-set and way of approaching the problems. Millennials always want the style of leadership which give them confidence and an ability to achieve the desired goals of an organisation. 4
