INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the process of influencing the employees and providing them
direction to achieve the goal of organisation. It is important to note that there is
need of motivating leader to maintain high performance work culture (Daniëls,
Hondeghem and Dochy, 2019). An organisation that has good leader that manages
all the employees is more successful. In order to complete this presentation

High-performance work culture includes the individuals that work
hard in order to achieve the goals and objectives by working hard. It
is seen that employees are highly engaged and there is trust among
teams that is due to quality leadership being provided to them.
The value of high performance work culture in an organisation are
as follows:
Better employee attitude: The employee take responsibility and try
to improve the performance. They work harder and try to enhance
the quality of products and service of the company.
