The following research is conducted on the company naming Tesco which is one of the biggest supermarket retailer of UK. Employee motivation is there within this organisation as there is good leadership. The managers and leaders of Tesco are managing their work effectively and providing all the necessary factors to employees which will motivate them. Research aims and objectives Aim of the research The aim for this research is “To evaluate the need of effective leadership for motivating employees. Case study of “Tesco”. Rationale for the research The reason for conducting this research is that motivation and leadership are two important factors which have to be focused within company for increasing employee performance.
