INTRODUCTION Leadership is a process or an act where an individual person has the responsibility to guide and motivate a group of people to achieve the set goals and targets. To run a business, it is important to adopt and understand the effectiveness of the leadership so that an organization can be able to grow and develop definitely. The report will illustrate the concept of the leadership and its different style which a business or an organization required to adopt for obtaining the effective results and outcome. It will include the different type of leadership styles and theories which will help an organization to manage the millennial generation. MAIN BODY Assessment 2 Evaluating leadership styles which will have to adapt to manage the millennial generation Leadership style simple defines as a leader who has to direct, motivate and manage the large group of people so that they can be able to achieve the goals. Adopting the leadership style, a person can also be able to enhance their own leadership skills and can grow definitely in their personal and professional life as well. Millennial generation leaders focus on the team approach to manage the appropriate group of people. Today, there are many kinds of leadership styles which is required to adopt by them so that they can be able to manage the millennial generation people. This generation is between the 1981 and 1996 where leaders focus on the team approaches as they think it is very effective process and style to guide the group of people accurately. Here, mentioning some leadership styles which a leader can adapt to manage the millennial generation and can obtain the effective results and outcome. Transformational Leadership The transformational leadership style defines where the leaders mostly focus on encouraging and motivating the employee from which they can innovate and can generate new ideologies to make the company grow and develop effectively. This helps the leader to set a perfect example from where the employee and a company be able to grow definitely. This leadership style is the best and very effective to be adopted by the leaders where they get very effective results and outcome. In previous studies, it has been identified that transformational leadership style has
been adopted by many leaders of the organizations and business where they got profitable outcome and result which make their company to obtain the set goals. For managing the millennial generation it is very effective style which should be adopted by the leaders where providing the motivation to the employee and group of people can foster them to put their best efforts and hard work which will result the company at best level. This generation beelines and feel motivated by working in a team where having the feeling of motivation can accelerate the innovation and their ideologies which will help the company to grow and develop effectively. It creates a sense of humour among people from which they can be able to focus on the future success of the company and also can be able to grow in their individual life as well. Accordingly, adopting the transformational leadership style can help the leaders to manage and guide the employee beneficially from where they individually can feel motivated which will be appropriate for them. Employee not only needs economy or money to work whereas they required an appropriate motivation from their leaders so that they can be able to put their efforts and can grow. Transactional Leadership This style is also known as managerial leadership where it motivates the employee by providing them rewards which helps them to feel motivated and can increase the productivity of the organization. Adopting this style helps the employee to feel courageous from which they can be able to put their best efforts and hard work. There are many organizations who do not focus on the employee satisfaction and push them to provide the effective working from which they can be able to achieve the set goals but the company is required to focus on the employee satisfaction from which they can be able to put their best efforts by own. Implementing the reward system can make the positive working environment from where each and individual employee can deliver the effective results. Providing the rewards in any form can make the people to understand the company goals and their process easily where each individual is working to improve their growth and generating the money. Rewards can be like incentives, appreciation in front of the organization and people or providing the holiday packages and medical insurances. Employee always looks for the positive culture where a successful leader have to understand the employee needs and requirements and should practise to fulfil them appropriately. This style should take or adopt by the leaders to manage the millennial generation of the people where they can be able to develop their self-interest to learn and implement their knowledge and abilities

In millennial generation, the organizations were not that much proactive and implements the area where they can take the decision accordantly. But, today the leaders are required to adopt the autocratic leadership style in effective way where leaders can create an emotional bond with their team members and can direct the reports which will ensure them to have the comfortable profit and outcome. This style helps the leaders to build the trust with the team and accelerate the sense of belonging to the organization. This style can adopt the leaders to conduct and manage the millennial generation as it has been known that these people or generation likes and satisfied to work in a team where they can increase or foster their knowledge appropriately. Adopting this can support the organization to grow and develop more which also allows the employee to feel trust and valued part of their organization and can be able to work effectively. Also, it improves the communication between the employee and leader and creates a positive working environment which will make the company to grow and develop effectively. Adopting this style will encourage the people to trust each other which will deliver the profitable outcome and support to manage the millennial generation. Democratic The democratic leadership is one of the best leadership style where the employee can feel satisfaction and encouragement though the leader. In this style, leaders involves the employee and staff people in nay decision-making process from which an individual employee can feel satisfied and valued part of the business. In many studies, it has been founded that this leadership styles results the company very beneficially and provides the higher productivity and outcome. Involvement of the employee in decision-making process encourages the employee to share their
opinions, suggestions and expectation from the organization so that the company can be able to grow and develop definitely. Democratic leadership style is quite good and delivers the positive working surrounding which makes the people to develop their interest and create an innovative process which will grow the company accordingly. Even,t also encourages the group work and provides the chances to speak out their ideologies from where leaders will be able to focus on their speeches and can provide the effectiveness. Leaders have one specific aim where they have responsibility to make the employee feel motivated and can result the company fruitful manner from which each and individual employee can increase their performance and reputation widely. Speaking out confidently will also allow the employee to bring out their suggestions and obstacles if any which makes the better understanding for the leaders to guide and direct them perfectly. This leadership style is very efficient and beneficial where the leaders can adapt to conduct the millennial people in effective and appropriate manner from which they can be able to increase their knowledge and can feel satisfied which will provoke them to work hard. CONCLUSION The report has concluded the importance of leadership style which can provide the effective result to the company and organizations. The report has included the different kinds of leadership styles which helps the leaders to manage and conduct the millennial generation people from which the company can be able to achieve their set goals and can deliver the higher productivity. Being a successful leader, they are recommanded to adopt the mentioned style to have the beneficial result and ouctome.
