change management can be introduced. To further enhance the same, leaders could adopt
the change management approach through Kotter’s theory. As per this, a vision is to be
created to facilitate change, following by communication to employees for reducing their
resistance, creation and measurement of change, development of short term wins, along
with inducing a change within the culture of company.

it is the capacity of any organisation to achieve the set objective with minimum sources
and time.
