1)
a) There are some fundamental questions that leaders need to ask themselves in order to
achieve business and their own goal and objectives. The first question is whether they possess
skilled and knowledge required for particular field and other questions is that whether they can
lead team in proper manner for positive outcomes.
b) The two aspects of leadership are excellent communication and teamwork. In order to
communicate with people in an organisation, excellent communication is required along with
teamwork to perform various work in enterprise.
c) Leadership theory is defined as discipline which focuses on searching out what makes
leaders to be successful in what they want to do. Here, leadership style is one of the instance of
leadership theory. When there is more focus on behaviours and traits of leaders then it is called
leadership style.
d) The two different leadership style which is appropriate for VUCA that is Volatile,
Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous are for volatile and uncertain, democratic style is used and
for complex and ambiguous, situational leadership is used.
e) Aspiring leaders need an in depth understanding of range of leadership style in order to
become more effective and create balanced at leading other individuals. This knowledge
provides direction in developing goals and training plan for becoming better leader.

a) An organisational mission statement defines business of company, objectives and
approach for reaching those within short time period. Similarly, vision statement is defined as
desired future of any company which is measure in long term.
b) The individuals makes use of their skills and knowledge contribution in executing
mission and vision so that desired objectives can be achieved in given time period without any
difficulty.
c) Leaders provide direction to organisation and leading their employees as contribution
in executing mission and vision. They determine goal and formulate strategies related to goal and
execute them timely and properly. This helps in attainment of sustainability and profitability of
business.

d) Stakeholders has to communicate purpose of organisation through forming mission
and vision to their people in proper manner. They have to make contribution in informing to each
and every people so that they are aware about mission and vision and work accordingly.
e) Aspiring leader need to evaluate contribution of individuals, leaders and stakeholders
so that they can improve themselves, learn more from them, grab their positive points and
applied in business for achievement of individual as well as organisation goal and objectives.

a) Leadership strategy is defined as ability or potential of leaders in order to make
consequential decisions for strategy, tactics and ends. This has relationship with leadership,
strategic intent, tactics and actions. The leader should be able to make proper strategy for
business.
b) Change leadership is defined as ability for influencing and enthusing others with help
of vision, advocacy, drive and resource to build platform for changes. Leadership is regarded as
key to manage successful change. They provide guidance, direction and support to people who
focus on implementing change and adapting it.
c) Organisational potential is defined as efficiency which is associated in meeting
objectives. It means organisation focus on producing desired effect or enterprise which is
productive without doing waste. It is important for organisation to be potential to achieve goal
and objectives.
d) Business context is defined as context in which specialised vocabulary is deployed or
employed. It can be regarded as individual, organisation, business, community or particular
object. If context of business are clear, then work can be performed in positive and effective
manner.
e) It is very important for aspiring leaders to understand leadership strategies which can
be applied in variety of different business context in order to identify role in dynamic business
environment. This is wider context and more innovative way of thinking can be performed
through several way.
4)
a) Motivation theory is defined as task which helps in discovering what drivers
individuals work in achievement of outcome or goal of business. It is related with process which
explain how and why behaviour of human is activated.
