INTRODUCTION
This Presentation is based on the concept of coaching self-assessment and its various tools. Coaching refers
to a process of facilitating the development, learning and performance improvement of another. Its main
objective is to improve the present activity rather than focusing on the future and past activities. It will help
an individual and encourage them towards enhancement of their performance. There are various tools
which created to assist the coach for their own development. Self-assessment help in effectively analysing
the direction for improvement as it define the strength and weakness in an individual. Coaching include
five important Cs which help a coach to become a better coach which are caring, confidence, character,
competence, and connection. It is an important concept and there are various self-assessment coaching
tools are available which assist a coach in development of their skills & knowledge. This presentation will
include the concept of coaching and various self-assessment coaching tools. Other than this it include
various essential components of an effective coaching. This report will include a personal development
plan which define the key area of development.

It refers to a process that’s main objective is to improve the performance and focus on the present
situation rather than focus on the past or future. Coaching is unlocking a person potential for maximising
their own performance. This will help an individual to learn rather than teaching someone. It assist in
effectively developing the skills, or help in the personal development. It will improve the self-awareness and
self- acceptance which helps in the development of a person.

It will include various tools which help a coach in effectively analysing their strength and weakness
and help them in the personal growth and development. There are various tools which help a coach in
analysing which skill it needs to develop so that it can provide better service to other.
