This research focuses on implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) in a training institute. It explores the features and opportunities provided by the LMS, using both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The study includes an online survey and face-to-face interviews, with data analyzed using graphs and charts. The research aims to understand the impact of LMS on the development of the training institute and provides recommendations for its effective implementation. Hypotheses are formulated to guide the research, and the background of Learning Management System (LMS) and its benefits are discussed.
