INTRODUCTION
Managing business activities is a crucial task for the organization because it includes several
aspects that enhance the scope of growth and success. In order to manage business dimensions in a
successful manner, it is essential for the organizations to accentuate on quality aspects. Hence, in
such aspect, present research study has been developed for ABC Company who is facing range of
issues related to poor management, inadequate leadership and improper management. Apart from
this, researcher has also discussed the ways through which organizational activities are mapped
according to company's aims and objectives. Considering this, research study is also emphasizing
on organizational systems as well as procedures and how it aids the business entity to meet quality
standards.
Quality standards of ABC Company are needed to be appropriately monitored and the
process is discussed in the subsequent research study. Afterwards, quality gateways and cultural
aspects of ABC Company have been discussed to develop the overall business performance and
productivity. ABC Company is also emphasizing on risk management systems and that is discussed
in the current study. Legal framework and legislation for the business are also described briefly in
the study along with the provisions for health and safety benefits. Lastly, in the study, health and
safety policies of ABC Company are discussed.

ABC Company has several departments where in different people work together and as a result, this
aids the business to manage all the operations prominently. Human resource management and
finance department of the company play a crucial role in business because they conduct all the
business operations according to the aims and objectives. In the below mentioned section,
organizational major departments and their responsibilities are discussed.

ABC Company works as a consultancy company; therefore the main aim of the business is
to recruit efficient and talented candidates. According to the aim of the company, human resource
department makes sure that they are recruiting skilled workforce. For such aspect, changes have
been made in the current recruitment process wherein HR managers typically accentuate on
experience aspects of people so that they can manage all the work facets in a successful manner
(Briggs, 2011). At the same time, to sustain for long term in the market place, managers of ABC
Company focus on developing prominent relationships with the clients so that they can invest in
business practices for longer time span. Alongside, managers are also considering legal framework
so that issues and constraints can be avoided.

company and feel boredom. Paternalistic leadership style can be used in which leaders can work as
a father figure. They can take good care about their employees and can earn good returns for the
company. Other leadership style which can be implemented is Democratic. Under this approach,
leaders can share decision making process with their team members. This will promote social
equality. Transformational leadership style can also be adopted.
Here, leaders can challenge and inspire their followers to get better results. Another major

practices according to quality dimensions. While placing candidates to other business organizations,
it is essential for ABC Company to collect essential documents and proofs so that entire information
of the candidates can be recorded in the database system. According to the above content presented
in the study, it is evident that managers of ABC Company are managing all their roles and
responsibilities in an adequate manner and this is the reason by which they are getting new business
deals from other business entities. Summing up the report, it is clear that all the organizational
