INTRODUCTION
Managing activities is an art of planning and management of the work activities
conducted by an organization. To develop employee's effectiveness and efficiency as well as to
accomplish the desired results, company offers knowledge and skills to them with a motive to
transform the operational system (Kettenbohrer, Eckhardt and Beimborn, 2015). The present
report is based on the scenario of the ABC Company, a recruitment organization. In the
mentioned scenario, there are some issues such as management of business and financial issues.
Furthermore, this report explains inter relationship between the different processes and the
functions of the organization. The output of the process and the quality gateway is also
evaluated. A Plan is designed to promote goals and objectives for area of responsibility along
with this implementation of appropriate system to achieve objectives is accomplished. In
addition to this, to manage and monitor the quality standard a system is designed. Moreover,
different health and safety regulations and legislation applicable in specific work are covered in
this report.
TASK 1
1.1 Evaluating the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of the
organization
Organizational structure of the ABC company.
Functional organizational structure is followed by the ABC company. In the cited
company hierarchical pattern is followed by the management. The top level manager of the
recruitment company is the chief operation manager, then comes the middle level manager which
covers sales manager, finance & administration manager, technical and human resource manager
(Lun and et.al., 2016). Along with this the lower level staff of the ABC company includes sales
executives, technical staff and human resource executives.

Interrelationship between the different processes and function of the ABC company.
The employees of the company are organized to work in the company, on the basis of the
roles of the ABC company. As, they follow the functional organizational structure. All the
manager perform different organizational duties, along with this each and every department is
managed by the department's head. In addition to this, all the department's head is controlled by
the chief operation management. All the department are interrelated to each other on the basis of
the information exchange. There is strong relationship between the finance and human resource
department as they provide necessary information to each other. For example, Human resource

executives, manage the program of recruitment and selection process. Along with this they need
information related to the budgets, accounts sections and reports, which they can acquire from
finance and administration manager.
1.2 Listing the main aims, objectives and mission of the ABC company along with justifying the
methodology used to map processes to the organization's goals and objectives
Mission
The mission of he mentioned company is provide the best quality services to the
customers along with to provide proper job opportunity to the people who come with high hope
in the company
Vision
The vision of the company is to become the most leading recruitment company compared
to the competitors.
Objectives of the ABC company
The objective of the ABC company is to achieve the growth of the company within the
next 5 years in the UK market. The other objectives is, within the next 2 years, they want the
company to enhance its client base. Along with this their another objective is to expand their
business in other countries and improve the management issues faces by the mentioned company
and their employees. To encourage the employees spiritual faithfulness in diversity of traditions
and to provide the job at higher possible standard are the objectives of the company.
Map processes to the ABC's goals and objectives
The selecting of the process start with getting the right people with together. After that
establishing the process boundaries. Then it is mapped as-is process and simplify the process,
after that the data is collected (Ahmadi and et.al., 2015). To-be process is implemented, after
that root causes analysis is performed. The process of mapping end with institutionalizing the
process.

The company have to look at the critical success factors, as to identify the elements
which can build the quality gateway. To understand the quality of the company's final output,
Critical success factor will help the company in enabling the researchers. By implementing the
factor, company will improve the ability to provide specific recruitment to their client. It
provides an opportunity to the client to select not only the industry in which they want to go but
also provide the information about the other specific industries where they wish to placed

the people. There should be an effective communication between the company and job seeker.
The another implementation is of information system by the ABC company, which can be

2.1 Designing a plan to promote goals and objectives for ABC Company
A proper plan will help the company in achieving the goals and objectives of the ABC company.
The objectives of the company are to enhance its client base and expand their business in other
countries, to achieve these objectives, it is necessary for the mentioned company to implement a
proper plan so that they can achieve the goals and objectives of the company with legal,
regulatory and ethical requirements (Klofsten and et.al., 2015). Designing a plan covers the three
stages, the stage start with determine the objectives. To achieve the stage, it is necessary for the
company to determine their objectives properly. Before starting for the target to achieve the
objectives, it ensures that the objective must be target-able. After achieving the step the very next
stage is of fixing their course of action. To achieve the objectives of the company, it is necessary
to fix its course of action. After the level is completed, the next stage is of analyzing of the
resources needed. In order to fulfill the actions, it is very necessary for the company to analyze
the resources needed. The ABC company can go for the implementation of the plan, if the
necessary resource are available in the company.
2.2 Using SMART objectives to align people and other resources in an effective and efficient
way.
The objectives must be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. To
align people and other resources in an effective and efficient way, it is necessary for the ABC
company to fix its objectives wisely. Specific objectives is concerned with making subtle
changes in the management pattern of the company to achieve the specific objectives of the
company. The managerial responsibility among the existing manager or the newly appointed
manager in the organization is to be reshuffle by the company. If the company wants to achieve
the objective, it must be measurable (Shaharudin and et.al., 2015). For example, the objective of
the ABC company is to achieve the 15% growth of the company within the next 5 years in the
UK market. Better operational efficiency, speedy customer grievance satisfaction is the
achievable objectives of the company. Achieving business growth in the UK market is the
realistic objective of the ABC company. The objective is to enhance the business growth by 15%
within the next 5 years, in this, the time bound is of 5 years. In this time period mentioned
company have to achieve the business growth of 15%.

2.3 Implementing appropriate systems to achieve objectives in the most efficient way, on time, to
budget and meeting organizational standards of quality
To achieve the short and long term objectives by the ABC company, it is necessary for
the company to implement a proper plan. A system should be designed by the company, as to
bring pace in the existing organizational operation process (Rice and et.al., 2015). DMAIC six
sigma system is used by the mentioned company to achieve the objective of the company.
Define- The problem which the company is facing are the poor management, ineffective
management. The other problem which the company is facing is the financial problem.
Measure- Company have to measure the performance of the firm as well as the
employee's performance in order to remove the issue which the mentioned company is
facing (The Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC) Process, 2016).
Analyze- It has been analyzed that ineffective management and inadequate leadership are
the root causes of the worst deficit in the company.
Improve- As the issue is of poor management, company have to interconnect the
employees within the firm. Coordination and effectiveness communication between each
department, will help in improving the issues in the management. Along with this to
improve the financial problem and management problem, company can install the
information technology system in the firm. This will help in increase in the productivity
as well as efficiency of the company.
Control- To bring efficiency in the work and to improve the management in the
company. It is necessary to improve the coordination and effective communication
between the employees and departments. Hence, implementation of IT system will help
the company in achieving their objectives.
2.4 Explaining the work activities meeting the operational plan through effective monitoring and
control
The purpose of this project monitoring and control is to achieve the objective of the
company (Rosemann and vom Brocke, 2015). As this will help in ensuring that the costumers are
fulfilled by the demands to a great extent. To fulfill the demand, it is necessary for the cited
company to strictly follow the operational plan as well as to bring efficiency in their work
process. The issues which the company is facing are the poor management and financial issues.

To control the issue of the finance and management in the company, different task are to be
prepared by the company. They have to identify the loop fall of the recruitment process, to

improve the performance of the company. The goal six sigma method is to eliminate the issues
related To monitor and manage the quality standard of the ABC company, the different steps
involved in the process, the process start with breaking down of the business process flow into
the individual step, as this is done so that it will be easy to understand (Quality Management
Systems, 2016). After breaking down, define the issues faced by the company, then to manage
the problem, it is necessary to measure the number of defects which the company is facing. After
measuring the problems, it is needed to implement the changes in order to remove the issues.
After the implementation is done, measure is to be done, so to compare the present performance
with the past performance. From the result, long term view of goal is taken by the company.
Implementation of IT program will help the company in removing the issues and achieving the
objectives.

To design a quality culture in the ABC company, it is necessary to consider some

efficiency and productivity of the company, Information technology software is to be install by
the company to channelize information in every part of the ABC company. IT system will
enable the company to clear miss communication amongst the employee and the manager.
3.4 Highlighting the elements of your plan which are going to bring continuous improvement in
the system
Interconnection between each and every departments will bring continuous improvement
in the processes of the ABC company. Effective communication will help the company to
understand the needs and wants of the clients. Through this company can easily analyze the

provide safety to the employees (Andersson, Forsgren and Holm, 2015).
Identify who is at risk- The next step of the company is to identify the employees who is
at risk. They also assess the risk faced by the agency, contract staff visitors.
Evaluate significant risk- After identifying who is at risk, the next step is of evaluating
the significant risk. Company have to consider how likely it is that each hazard could
cause harm.
Decide on control- In this staff, company are required to record in writing the main
finding of the risk assessment face by the company (Risk Assessment Procedure, 2016).
Review- At last the risk assessment is reviewed by the company. By ensuring that the
agreed safe working practices are continued to be applied in the workplace.
4.2 Demonstrate the correct and effective application of the health and safety regulations and
legislation applicable in ABC Company
It is compulsory for the company to maintain an effective safety and health at the
business place. It must ensures that company is paying full attention on the well being of its
employees. According to the Health and Safety Act 1974, the mention company in the work
environment should focuses on maintaining health and safety of the employees. To provide
security, safety along with a healthy working environment to each and every employee is the
prior responsibility of the ABC company. According to the Management of Health and Safety at
Work Regulations 1999, the company is required to critically manage and control all its risks
arising at the time of working hours (Holman and et.al., 2015).

dispensary at the workplace is to be establish by the cited company in order to meet the
emergency. Along with it the company should also develop appropriate training sessions for its
employees to handle the equipments in emergency. In addition to this, medical coverage is to be
provided to the employees, if any employee face any injury during the work hour (Möller and
Parvinen, 2015).
