Introduction It is essential for the organizations to consider quality aspects so that better outcomes can beacquired with adequate performance aspects (Groocock, 2000). The present research study has beenmade on ABC Company which is facing problems related to poor management, inadequateleadership and worst deficits of the company. The problems have led to reduction of thousands ofjobs, close services and delay operations. Thus, in such context the study has been describing neworganizational structure and cultural aspects of ABC Company and along with that interrelationshipof structure and cultural aspects are also discussed in the present study. Further, a plan has been developed to promote goals and objectives on the basis of SMARTobjectives of the organization. The process of monitoring and controlling is also discussed in thesubsequent study as per the quality standards and benchmarks determined. Changes are essential forevery business entity; thus ABC Company will also be implementing several changes in theorganization for overcoming with all such problems. Apart from this, researcher has also discussedrisk assessment process along with health and safety regulations requisite at the workplace. Task 11.1 Organizational chart to reflect major positionsAccording to organizational structure, there are various departments at ABC Company thatperforms numerous activities as per organizational operations. All the services and departments ofthe organization are integrated to each other and all have different work processes. Hence, in suchcontext, it is essential for ABC Company to produce suitable aims and objectives so that to makethe job roles more comprehensive with others (Lu, Sadiq and Governatori, 2009). Each and everydepartment of ABC Company is entitled to fulfill various operations and according to that, workconditions should be determined. Sales, marketing, human resource management and financialdepartments are chiefly operating business in diverse areas and which helps ABC Company to reachtowards the aims and objectives through specific methods. Each and every department of theorganization is essential in playing diverse roles because they have direct impact on performanceand productivity level of the organization (Village, Salustri and Neumann, 2016).Human Resource Management: The major department of ABC Company is HRdepartment which performs all the crucial work processes in diverse areas (Sallis, 2014).Productivity and competency level of the organization has been increased because of HRdepartment and their contribution in organizational aims and objectives. The department isalso entitled in managing all the job roles; hence this augments financial capability of3

ABC Company. Finance Management: Finance department of ABC Company manages all the tasks andactivities since the department allocates finance to each and every sphere. At the sametime, without financial assistance, ABC Company is unable to manage organizationalwork practices; hence there should be prominent arrangement for financial aspects. Withthe help of financial aspects, ABC Company is able to allocate the resources in optimummanner and this also increases investment capability of the business entity. Financedepartment performs the activities related to cash receipts and cash outflow (Wei, Chienand Wang, 2012). Sales and Marketing management: ABC Company needs to manage the work processesfor the sole purpose of enhancing sales ratio of the company; therefore marketingdepartment of the company is considered as effective due to its contribution in company'srevenue and profitability. Marketing department develops strategies for the business andaccording to such strategies, ABC Company promotes products and services they have inthe product category (Ritter, Wilkinson and Johnston, 2004). The above chart is showing that all the major departments of ABC Company are interrelatedto each other. The chart is stating that all the departments aids in conducting operations in effectualmanner as per the objectives and requisites. 4
