framework of travel and tourism sector is to be studied. Legal and regulatory framework of
sea and air transport in relation to carriage of passengers is also going to be discussed in this
report. Health, safety and security legislation of travel and tourism sector and legislation that
relates to equality in tour and travel agency is also cover in this report. Contract legislation
and consumer protection legislation is going to be cover in this report. Further more in this
report ethical dilemmas and corporate social responsibilities of travel and tourism sectors is
to be studied.

responsibility and this would be categorised as.
Environment. To encourage tourism in country, primary motive of the organisation
is to preserve environment of the city so that tourist get attracted and also provides
benefits to company also.
Humanity. To fulfil corporate social responsibility Charity is done by the
organisation. It helps them to promote their brand and also to provide some benefits to
the society.
Bales Worldwide organisation also chooses to provide their interest in improving
corporate social responsibility to environment. Areas in which their major contribution
are, protecting social and cultural values, fair economic rates to customers. Company has
provided major distribution to sustain environment of economy. Company also provide
programmes to their employees and to customer by which they will able to maintain
effective relationship between them. This company also focuses on reducing unnecessary
wastage. Company’s future goal is to maintain effective relationship between customers
and to retain employees in the organisation and majorly to promote charity and to
effectively participate in social corporate responsibility by which they not only get
customer support but they also get support from government also.( Schwartz,2017) They
also develop separate code of conduct to promote activities for communities.
Conclusion
From the above study it can be concluded that travel and tourism industry are abide
by some rules and regulation for doing their business in UNITED KINGDOME. This present
report is covered four tasks and each task has two parts. In this present report, legal and
regulatory framework of travel and tourism sector is explained. Law related to surface, sea
and air transport is also studied in this report with the legal and regulatory frame work
provided by British government. After that in this report, impact of principle of health, safety
and security in travel and tourism sector is discussed in this report. Legislation that relates to
equality in travel and tourism industry also explained in this report. After that this report
covers, contract legislation in relation to travel and tourism customer and consumer
protection legislation in relation to travel and tourism industry. Ethical dilemmas faced by
travel and tourism industry and corporate social responsibility of chosen organisation is
analysed in this report.
