Various types of laws and regulations has been passed by thegovernment to strengthen working of tourism industries. These laws include health and safety,rights of employees, planning and many more. Report will highlight the legal and regulatoryframework of travel and tourism sector. It will also discuss about legislation and regulationsrelating to health, safety and security in this sector. Study also presents consumer protectionlegislation in relation to the travel and tourism sector.
