This report presents an analysis of consumer perception and motivation towards Lipton Green Tea based on a survey. The report highlights the impact of taste, health benefits, family values, and peer reviews on consumer decision-making. Findings reveal that although the health and fitness industry is growing, few customers believe that Lipton Green Tea and similar brands would benefit them. The taste of the tea and associated health benefits formed a major share of the consumer decision. Family values, lifestyle, and peer reviews also played a significant role in consumer decision-making.
