Business process models
Business process modeling for the CC music firm will play an essential role in the
management and system engineering of the music activities hence will contribute to the success
of the CC music firm. The model is necessary for every profit-making firm since it improves the
efficiency of the services offered by that particular organization, enforces the best practice
among the stakeholders and also enhances transparency within the organization; therefore, CC
music firm should consider the process model to ensure continuity and profitability of the
organization. To summarize, the business process model is defined as the company's graphical
representation of the business activities or the workflow within the company as a means of
identifying the potential improvements and threats which might negatively impact the operations
of the business.
The business process model is much beneficial for the CC music firm in that it will
enhance transparency within the organization. The issue of transparency is linked to honesty
among the employees and stakeholders while performing business duties since it ensures
accountability of every business activity conducted by the stakeholders, thus building trust in the
organization. Transparency within the organization will contribute to the success and

diagram ensured efficiency in the production and services delivery process due to the skilled
stakeholders with music interest and background, thus enabling division of labor and duties for
the effective management of the firm. This is evidenced by the fact that both Chris and Clive
were professional music teachers in their previous schools and also the willingness of the
daughter and niece to help in management duties.
Business process model used by the CC music firm in managing the activities of the
organization has been identified as the workflow diagram models since it specifies the duties of
every stakeholder within the organization, thus ensure smooth operations of the business. A
workflow diagram business model is the visual representation of the process usually done
through the flowcharts as it applies standardized symbols to represent various steps needed for
completion of the steps.

From the diagram, Chris and Clive will perform the overall management duties by supervising

smooth operation of their assigned duties hence ensures transparency and accountability within

where the firm will interact with the received orders from the event organizers and other band
groups. The order interaction business model diagram is simple and easy to understand since it
defines the order flow within the organization through various departments hence facilitates
quick feedback to the customer.

The analysis strategy applied in the case of CC Music is the PESTEL analysis, where

economic, social, technology and legal factors are analyzed for the business.

The political environment is closely associated with the political temperature in the country
and political stability. Political stability is essential for the operation of every business, both
nonprofit and profit-making organizations, since with stability in the market, and there is free
movement of goods and services within the market hence will facilitate business activities. The

business. Political stability plays an important role in the operations of the business as it

Description
Prior to commencing my online studies relating to the CC Music and management, I have
been involved in various research works to give the best response for the business concerning the
control of the business activities. It comprises analysis for the successful completion of the half
term and the end semester exam for the logistics and supply chain management.
Feelings
I was little being worried about the research work I was to conduct, thus determining some
of the management strategies for the CC music. Once we assumed our classes, all became real
since time was also a factor to consider. I can firmly admit the assistance of the online discussion
forum since, from the post and discussion from my peers, I successfully manage the whole
research in CC Music management work. It has been a very involving task in data collection and
analyzing the findings; however, I had to keep pushing since nothing worth comes in comfort.
Evaluation
The final task was like a great achievement to me since I had to refer from books, do
research and examine theoretical aspects and strategies in businesses management by
determining various business environments, best open software for the CC music business and
after that providing summarizing report for the stakeholders based on my research. With the post
