Regent College London is a leading education institution engaged in serving industry
related higher education in order to contribute effective understanding and knowledge of
determined subject matter. For instance, it operates with strong and wide industrial
network which allows the respective educational institute in contributing effective
knowledge and understanding to their students.

What is the problem(s) or issue that the client needs to address?
Changing in the medium of education due to arise of pandemic of COVID-19. For
instance, students or individual learners have preference of learning through online
medium of learning which could prevent accomplishment of goals behind the
determined programme.
Why is s/he focusing on this problem?
This problem has affected directly upon the determined programme or initiative taken
into consideration by the client.
Further background information about the company/competitors/customers etc,
relevant to the problem
With twenty years of experience the regent college has a very well-known brand name
between the community especially in the industrial higher education which facilitates the client
in maintaining a good reputation and brand name among their competitors.
Key deliverables/What would be a ‘successful’ outcome for the client, by the end of the
project?
The key outcome for the Client is to increase the new brand awareness which will facilitate
them in attracting maximum number of students towards their organised programme in order
to ensure effective completion of the same.
Concerns/limitations raised by the client (e.g. costs, client availability)
For the Client it is important that this campaign meet the desired goals and objectives of
ensuring upright growth and development of students and learners engaged in the same. In
order to be precise, it includes initiating additional efforts towards enhancement of brand
awareness with consideration of most suitable medium of communication.
Concerns raised by the consulting team
The Budget and the Limited Time will be a matter of concern for the consultancy team.
What actions were agreed and what are the deadlines for these?
To prepare a full report for the project in order to consider most appropriate strategies and
practices for promoting the determined programme with search engine optimisation and social
media as suitable marketing mediums.

Reach: The initial stage under this framework is considered as reach which
includes attracting maximum possible target audience. For instance, the client
will plan for most efficient strategies to be taken into consideration in order to
attract maximum participation of students or learners in their educational
institution.
Act: This particular stage is aimed at generating leads through reaching to
their potential participants in order to maximise participation in the determined
programme. In addition to that, search engine optimisation and social media
are taken into consideration as suitable platforms for promotion of the
organised programme.
Convert: This stage incurs encouraging students or learners towards
participation in order to ensure maximum possible participation in the particular
educational institute. In addition to that, it includes motivating potential by
addressing the purpose and aim behind the organised program.
Engage: After ensuring active participation of students in the organised
programme of client, the succeeding step arises is to maintain upright and
healthy relationship with them.

This partnership has been developed in order to provide The Regent College a project
of (-------), and that includes developing a full client’s report which includes, digital
marketing plan to promote the new brand
The length of the project will be from the first of Feb 2021 until the 14th of May 2021.
During this period all partners are expected to attend the group meetings scheduled
with everyone consent and that includes:
•Attending the group meetings with the client.
•Attending the group meetings with the supervisor.
•Attending all the team meetings on time.
•Completing all the agreed tasks on time.
•To communicate effectively with other team members.
•Any delays in attending meetings should be announced via the social media group.
All decisions will be taken after discussing with all team members and should be
addressed according to their importance.
All the meetings will be recorded, and visual evidence will be provided inside the
portfolio.
Any issues or problems be discussed to come to a satisfactory result, and in case of
failing in resolving any issue, the concern will be raised to the supervisor.
