Client Project Brief
The brief taken from Blackboard may be used for this element of the portfolio.
The Regent College London aims currently to develop the NEW CAMPAIN for
regent to promoting the brand for TIC. This can help to increase the number of
students in the college and provide the different courses to them.

Exploration and agreement of the brief from 1st meeting with client
What is the problem(s) or issue that the client needs to address?
The client faced the problem of improper details of plan which is started by Regent
London to developing the understanding of people and get them ready to do courses.
Changing in external environment is also a problem, facing by client as having number of
competitor that needs to be address. The another issue which is require to address was
improper communication between team member and supervisor (Marinelli 2019).
Why is s/he focusing on this problem?
The problems directly affects the number of students, enrollment mainly for A-level
and GCSE students. The problem is require to be solve by considering all information and
details of meeting. The company compromise he whole academic institutions by launching the
NEW CAMPAIGN in REGENT London by using new technology. This will help to reach the
number of students and develop their understanding for future career.
Further background information about the company/competitors/customers etc,
relevant to the problem
More than 30 years of experience Regent London became well known organization
between education hub and institutions that provides the different degree courses to their
students. Regent college is a non profit private university located in London, UK. The
organization was established in 1984 as Regent's college. It has its campus in Regent's Park,
central London. Competitor means a person or organization who engaged in commercial or
economic competition with others and affected entire companies. The main competitor of
Regent London are Harrow independent college, London Brooks college, Ealing Independent
college and David Games college that all are providing the higher education and different
courses to their students. The aim of each college to improve their brand image and increase
the number of students. This can help to operate the all activities and functions effectively by
managing all resources and functions (Vaganova and et.al., 2019).
Key deliverables/What would be a ‘successful’ outcome for the client, by the end of the
project?
Successful outcome explained as results by performing all functions and activities. If
organization is able to provide better quality of products and services to their customers then
it will be good opportunity to grow the business. By running the NEW CAMPAIGN for the
purpose of increasing brand name client would get successful outcome as it will help to
increase the productivity and profitability in the changing environment. This can help
understand who have promoted in graduation courses after clearing higher schools. Thus, it
can help to develop the business performance and activities in changing environment. The
clients will increase brand awareness between students and parent by managing and
inspiring the students towards their career.
