What is the problem(s) or issue that the client needs to address?
There are large number of new entrants are entering in market.
Requirement of qualified has been increased on a higher note. Therefore, the college is
recruiting ineffective staff as the potential candidates has numerous options available in
market.
Why is s/he focusing on this problem?
The topmost management of LSST has decided to introduce new course Portfolio
related to accounting and financial management sector and therefore, the college needs
qualified professionals.
Due to this, LSST has requested from HR department to adopt and use effective
recruiting strategies.
Further background information about the company/competitors/customers etc, relevant
to the problem
LSST is an institute that is located at United Kingdom. College is looking forward to
approach qualified candidates from market. However, due to ineffective recruiting
approaches college is enables to approach qualified staff.
Key deliverables/What would be a ‘successful’ outcome for the client, by the end of the
project?
Motivation to the staff
Effective training session
Assuring reward and remuneration.
Concerns/limitations raised by the client (e.g. costs, client availability)
