Operational plan: To planned the ESP is mainly concerned with the increasing rate of alcoholism among workers. This program is designed to deal and face these issues like abuse, stress, divorce, legal and financial concern and so on. As it is focused on increasing the relationships, solve family problems, financial management as well as psychological disorders.
