INTRODUCTIONOperational management planning can be considered as the development of plans andstrategies which will be helpful in achieving the effective management for successfuldevelopment and growth of business. This report will be based on the operational managementplans of BBQ fun. This enterprise is basically a leading outdoor lifestyle retailer which dealswith huge operational activities of furnishing new and renovated dwellings. The study willprovide resourcing plans which are required to be implemented in order to sustain growth oforganisation. This document will mainly concentrate in developing a consultation process whichis referred as an integrated operational planning (Ajmani and Kumar, 2017). It will also focus ineffective recruitment process which can be used in efficient and effective functional developmentof BBQ fun. Further this document will also provide establishment of developing and monitoringplans which helps in maximising the performance of the firm in order to achieve the profits andproductivity of company.TASK 11. Analysis and development of operational plan in order to accomplish resource requirements ofthe firmResource planning can be considered as a strategic implementation of those requirementswhich are used to carry out the operation function of the business. These requirements mayinclude recruitment of new workforce or retraining of the existing employees in order to achievesuccessful development and growth of the firm. It can be referred as important challenge ofproject manager who require a great observation to assign multiple duties to line manager.
