By which this have been shown that there is a huge improvement in the verbal or communication skills. Among the professional skills, the industry awareness’s have also been improved a lot. Use of the ICT has also been upgraded. The time management including the planning and organisational skills is improved. However, in some other aspects, something is lagging behind that have got a bit low grade. These involve the written skills, listening, technical knowledge, financial awareness, corporate working, mentoring and coaching and some other parts. Inside the personal effectiveness, commitment of the personal development has been lower to some extent that needs to be improved. So, all those parts need to be upgraded properly so that effective corporate development can be improved within short span. 13
