A brief outline of the selected relevant organisation’s policies, plans and procedure:
The selected employer is Bounce fitness which is a single aerobic studio and has
grown over the years to build up its four fitness centres in Australia. The company has been
trying to elaborate its work activities and expand in the market; primarily in Australia and
later in other countries focusing on the Western part of the globe (Bouncefitness.com, 2019).
The company has certain plans for the future and certain policies and procedures to follow.
The aim of this report is to outline those organisation’s policies, plans and procedure.
Organisation’s policies: As identified from the website, Bounce fitness focuses on providing
its service and expanding its operation to a wider region in order to establish its service
among the people. Bounce Fitness has adapted these policies taking into account the
increasing demand of fitness and wellness solutions in Australia (Bouncefitness.com, 2019).
The aim of this company is to ensure that people gets the best wellness and training program
and at the same time gets other facilities as well. Considering the personal aspects of visiting
this fitness and wellness centre, it has been found that the centre has also focused on other
parameters like the availability of facilities of child care, coffee shop and even a shopping
centre to ensure that the visitors get everything under the same roof. The cafeteria offers low
calorie food and beverages to uplift the idea of being fit.
Organisation’s plans: In order to expand its operation and provide its service to as many
people, Bounce Fitness has to keep pace with other fitness and wellness companies. The
company wants to take one-stop-shop approach where the customers would come and take
opportunity of all the possible services available for the fitness and wellness of oneself.
Bounce Fitness also offers the state of art equipment and they update it every 3 years or so in
order to make sure that everything functions smoothly. After from the other services like

cafeteria, child care and others, the company is also planning to come up with other easy to
access options for the customers so that they do not have to face much trouble.
Organisations procedure: In order to expand its operational activities, Bounce Fitness has
utilised the growing need of fitness training, personal guidance and other related health
enhancement services to aim to improve the issues related to health and wellness
(Bouncefitness.com, 2019). The company has the best set of equipment and tools needed for
exercising. In addition to this, the health centre is not only focused on physical exercise by
using heavy machineries and tools but is taking other steps towards fun activities and
learning. These unique services include regular aerobic classes taught at various intensities
and circuit classes. This requires the involvement of the trainer as well and the learners work
as per the instruction of the trainer. Personal trainers are also available but it depends on the
various offers offered. This is how the organisations operate.
