This report involves in the variousroles and characteristics of leaders and managers. It will also explain different approaches ofoperations management with the suitable theories and models. Apart, from this approaches ofleadership and pestle analysis of an organisation will also elaborated (Boyd and Dougherty,2016).TASK 1P1.
