It was formed in1937 through Kiichiro Toyoda and headquartered in Toyota city, Aichi, Japan. Along with this,report includes in different characteristics and roles of managers and leaders. Various approachesof operation management with the appropriate concept and models will get covered. Lastly, itwill focus on the relationship of management and leadershipin modern environment of business(Boyd and Dougherty, 2016).
