It is mainly a UK based company with over eighty thousand employees and more than eight hundred stores only in UK. Define Leader and ManagerLeaders: The leaders are the one who motivates and takes care of the employees in the field of work. They are the one who show the correct path of work as far as the working field is concerned.Managers: They are the ones who manage the changes and create new ideas for the sake of the company.
