the highest level of efficiency possible within organisation (Akalin, Huang and Willems, 2016).
Present is based on the “Amazon” is the largest e-commerce marketplace and cloud computing
platform in world. It is the largest company by revenue. Study lays emphasis on the roles and
characteristics of leaders and manager. Report will cover by role of leader and functions of
manager in different situations and theories and models of approaches. Study will shows key
operations management and roles of manager and leader and its importance and values in
achieving business objectives. It is also highlighted by factors that affect to business and its
decision-making.

Definition of manager: manager is the person who manage the organisation, human resources
and allocate tasks to leaders. They are responsible for planning, organising, directing and control.
Definition of leader: leader is the person who influences to team for achieving team goals and
business goals. They are responsible for allocating tasks within their team members.

is the most common situation but it creates very biggest problem for manager and leader (Ivanov,
Tsipoulanidisand Schönberger, 2017). By that employees and follower get wrong message for
task and not able to see clear vision of team work. In that situation leader plays an important role
in this situation have to give proper and right information to their team member regarding vision.
For that they set clear vision for the team work and job role. Other hand function of manager is
to organise effective training program for employees and leaders to give knowledge of
technologies and work roles. By that leaders and employees are understood this very well and
able to explains their followers. This help to eradicate miscommunication from workplace.

every situation which is happing in Amazon. This theory has four main approaches that are as
follows:

Tsipoulanidisand Schönberger, 2017). By that employees and follower get wrong message for
task and not able to see clear vision of team work. In that situation leader plays an important role
in this situation have to give proper and right information to their team member regarding vision.

to organise effective training program for employees and leaders to give knowledge of
