Moreover, evaluating role of management andleadership in business context with concept and theories as well as evaluating strength andweaknesses of difference approaches to leadership. Role of a leader within an organisationFormulating strategies: In an organisational context, a leader is responsible forformulating plan of action so that desired gaols and targets are fulfilled.
