(Nakamura and et.al., 2015). Present study is based on the “Toyota” is the Japanese automotive
manufacturer company. Study lays emphasis on proper management structure help to address
every department work. The difference between the role of leaders and manager and how they
are handle different situation in organisation, supported by theories and concept. Report will
highlight the strength as well as weakness of approaches. Study will discussion on different key
operation function and how manager and leader plays roles in it. Report will also highlight
impact of external factors affect to the business.
