in United kingdom. This project will discussed about the manager and leader role in achieving
productivity and profitability of business. Different types of theories and model also determined
here to identified the issues and problems. Operational management is very important factors in
gaining business objectives and goals. It effects upon the decision-making process in an effective
and efficient manner.
