varieties of product that include home appliances, food products quality clothes and
many grocery products. Leader and manager of the Mark & Spencer Is using
hierarchical structure The Trafford city companies chain of commands and typically
from the higher manager an executive staff to the general workers . In simple words
that this structure applies to companies with so leader and flow of subordinate under
met them. This structure is making their work easy and top manager can
communicate there message to the lower level with the proper flow of
communication from one Department to another Department. It allows lower level
employees as well to communicate their message from lower level to the upper level
where one information pass from one Department to another Department.

Managers are the top authority of the organisation and they're helping Mark &
Spencer grow within the market where they are operating their business (DIRIK.,
2020. ). Every leader and manager have some role turn responsibility that they have
to perform to achieve companies goals and objectives so the organisation can be
