Management refers to mange all the business related activities in an efficient manner with the help of various managerial functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The organization that has been takenin this report is Prime furniture. It is UK based company that offer a variety of traditional and modern furniture to consumers. The following report consist information about different managerial and leadership concepts in context of operations management(Newman and et. al., 2016). Along with this, it includes several techniques to manage productivity such as six sigma, TQM and many more. The following report consist value of operations management concepts within organization. Different situations is handle by managers and leaders in organisation their decision are important to carried out activities. It is essential for them to aware about the roles and functions in order to smooth running of operations(Aidoo, 2020). Prime furnitures, their managers and leaders play vital role to handle the operations in effective and efficient manner. To know about their roles and responsibilities to carried out activities. Leadership is wide concept so discuss the role of leaders in different situations: Training:Leaders play a effective role in context of training. In various situations in organisations their team are working on projects so leader guide and train them about the projects. In reference of organisation, leaders develop a good and sound working environment
for their subordinates to work in proper manner. It is responsibility work should be completed on timely manner so accordingly treated individuals in the company. Battle situations:In the organisation some times create conflicts between employees towards the work so that time leaders play vital role. They helps to resolve problems and develop a team spirit. In this situation are problematic so deal in that way the work is not suffer and helps to achieve objective of the organisation. Motivated towards their work so team should be work in effective manner(Fischer, 2016). Managers functions:Managers is a important person in the organisations and they play very crucial role in order to increase profitability of the company. It is also focused towards the work and create good working environment for employees. In organisations it is a main pillar which is deal in all kind of situations. There are various role which is play by managers in different situations so mention below-: Decision making:Managers play vital role in decision making process. It is help to their subordinates which is carried out activities of the organisation. Prime furniture, there so many activities and operation are handle so it takes a decision in effective and efficient way so work not suffer and it is accomplished according to plan. Coordinating:Managerplayvitalrolein thatsituationwhichisrelatedtohelp subordinates to work as a team spirit and cooperation is developed to achieve operation objectives of the company. In relevance of company, all team members work in team spirit and coordinate to each other so manager can be able to increase productivity and performance of the employee. It involves smooth running business operations so product is prepared at convenient time and then delivered to the customer. Conflict management:Manager also handle a dispute between employees in that way to carried out all activities of the organisation. Mangers manage in that way to accomplish the work in effective manner and develop team spirit in the employees. In relevance of company, it focused profitability and productivity of the company so accordingly handle the work(Hayter, 2016). This theory is more effective on the employees performance and it helps to increase productivity. In Selected organization management team arr able to adopt strategies in order to grab the opportunities and to meet with contingencies in an efficient way. Systematic theory:It is theory which is applied by leaders in different conditions of working. It is means work is categorised in systematic manner and develop coordination between the team members. Subordinate work should be accomplished with team members so work can be completed in effective and efficient manner(Kiran, 2016). Contingency theory:It is different theory from above theories. It is not a specific process which is applied on specific condition or situations. It implementation on the basis of another theoriesand organisation ensures theoriesare applied in proper way. Mangers of Prime furnitures ensure that they act as per the conditions occur at work place. It assist them to prepare for uncertain events that may occur in future. Theaboveconcepthelpstodeterminetheobjectivesandgoalsareachievedin appropriate manner. All theories are useful and to applied by leader in different condition of the
organisation. Leaders must be ensure that all the approaches applied in correctly manner so work is not suffer(Lambert, 2017).

Leaders and manager of company use this strategy to successfully implement on reducing waste products and create good results. Lean production:Matrix of lean production helps to maximize process velocity of a company. Considering this approach, Prime furniture may simply eliminate waste products on monthly basis to achieve growth and benefits in future. Role of leaders in Prime furniture ensures that there should be a same standard of maintenance even after reduction of waste and manager helps to define product before implementation of theory to analyse it further. Queuing theory:This theory is useful in making different business decisions in such a way so that company build their efficiency in terms of cost and working system.
