INTRODUCTION
Management is considered as production and manufacturing of the goods and services. It
is referred as an area which is concerned with controlling and designing the process of
manufacturing products. It also controls the activities related to the cost of labour, material and
production. For the present report, the first selected is Hilton Hotel with reference to which
factors which influence growth of business environment with be discussed. This report will also
describe the roles of managers and leaders in different situations of business. Further, this study
provides several models and key approaches adopted by leaders and managers of operation
management to achieve the goals of Hilton hotel. It also covers some environmental factors
which are responsible for the development of business.

Manager is a person who manages and coordinates the activities of different department.
Administrator is also responsible for planning, organising and directing the practices and
activities of subordinates (Baboli and et.al., 2014). Leader guides and influences their
subordinate to achieve effective team productivity. They create vision for their team to achieve a
specific goal.
