Successful business organisation needs to have efficient leaders and manager that can manage to bring influences and innovation by motivating its employees. Manager has employees who work for them while leaders have followers. Leaders aims at guiding and giving direction to group of people in the business organisation. Manager focuses on managing the business related activities. Tesco, being a retail supermarkethasvariousfunctionstomanage.Itdistributesdifferentmanagerforevery departments. For example, sales manager focuses on managing the sales department, sales employees and also related activities. Manager of research and development department aims at managing the activities related to its department and distributes various roles to employees.
