INTRODUCTIONManagement is the process of administration and controlling the goals and objective of theorganization. They also use best malted barley from small fields of north Norfolk aswell as they provide combination of new and traditional ale supplies in the United Kingdom.Present study will tell us about different role and characteristics of leaders and managers anddifferent situational context. Report will also highlight theories and models like situationalleadership, contingency leadership and system leadership.LO 1P1 Comparison of a leader and a managerLeader-leader in a person who influence the people to the goal. Leader motivates thepeople for the work.
