Snap chat is made by snap inc which is a fastest growing and popular mobile app founded
in 2010 in headquartered in Venice. As, growing with popularity and globally explored a new
wave in social media. Though the trend is getting changed rapidly, successes of social media and
business is enhanced with creativity by, meeting the needs of managers by conductive
environment. In this report, introduction to organisation has been elaborated with explaining the
structure of organisation. Also, there are specific drawbacks and advantages of modern
management, that are used in Snap inc organisation have been described. Along with this,
identification to innovative strategic management objectives have been discussed.
TASK 1
A. Introduction of Snap inc.
The mobile app that are made by snap Inc. are known as snap chat which is used for
sending and receiving text messages, funny videos and drawings which gets expired with set
time that ranging from few seconds till 24 hours (Boselie, 2017). There is absence of cost collected
for this app as, it can be downloaded from different app stores and also featured on Android’s,
Apple’s iOS. It enables the user of app to store the content and preserve as per needs. It is
different type of content compared to face book, Instagram, twitters and others.
Work of Snap chat: The captured pictures and videos and that are viewed are known as snaps.
When, these snaps are sent to either public or individual are known as stories. The stories can be
replayed and when sent to another user the time could be set to view the video or snaps. Also,
these Snap chat allow the user to record video for 10 seconds by which it can be shared (A 'Snap-
py' Introduction to Snapchat, or Snap Inc, 2016).
Text, filtering, drawing, and stickers on Snap chat: This Snap chat is not much different from
Instagram’s or Facebook or any other apps that are used for text messages and videos. There is
no compulsion to upload standard photos and videos. The user can just customise by tapping on
‘T’ icon which is at the top and he requires justify has to be made.

back to close friends. And the new project was termed as cheetah.

Year party and the cheetah got wrapped. The structure of organisation affects the action in two
ways are detailed as follows

2. The process of decision making is determined by knowing about the individuals they may
get participated in the processes by which the actions of organisation of Snap chat gets
specific shape to perform (Hauerwaas and Weisenfeld, 2017).
