INTRODUCTIONEach and every organisation is now performing their operations at the marketplace. For this,it is necessary for them to manage all the activities so that resources can be utilised in moreefficient manner. The manager of company is responsible to perform some of the functions suchas planning, organising, leading, staffing and communicating. On the basis of these, they will beable to accomplish their goals and objectives so that high profitability level can be achieved. Byadopting some acts that are made by the government, the firm will be able to ensure the smoothfunctioning at their workplace (Crane and Matten, 2016). The present report is based on ABCcompany with perform the recruitment in the market. They are managing their overall activitiesand operations so that goals can be achieved. In this context, report explain the goals, structureand culture of the company. Along with this, it focuses on the development plan that how theprocess can be monitored and evaluated in more effective manner. Further, it focuses on the riskassessment techniques that how risks can be managed by following different laws and acts. TASK 11.1 Evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of companyABC is a recruitment company and they are focusing on their services that they areproviding to their customers. As per the given case, firm is facing some issues related tomanagement and operations. So, operational manager has to follow different type of processes intheir different functional areas so that their overall goals can be achieved in more effectivemanner. All the departments are related to each other so that they can enhance their overallperformance. These are as follows:Human resource: This department is responsible to manage all the people of company sothat their performance can be improved (Gustafson, 2012). Some of the functions are performedby the HR manager like recruitment, training, development and so on. If motivation level ofpeople is high, then they will be able to offer quality services to their customers. The managerhas to check the salary of each and every person so that accounts can be maintained. As per thegiven scenario, company has poor management so through effective HR services the overallmanagement can be improved. When management gets improved then the productivity of thedifferent staff members can be increased. 1

Finance: This functional area is responsible for overall financial growth of the company.The accountant maintains the overall data of sales, cash, capital so that they can generate highrevenues in more effective manner. This department set the price of products so that marketingactivities can be performed. Production: The operational manager is responsible to make the services for thecustomers so that their overall satisfaction level can be increased. Marketing manager has toconduct the survey in market so that they will be able to identify the need of the people. Theyhave communicated with the production department so that demand and supply can be met.According to the scenario, company is focusing on their short term operations which lead themtowards ineffective management. If demand and supply are get balanced, then they will be ableto enhance their productivity level. Marketing: This functional area helps the company in enhancing brand awareness so thatpeople will be able to know about the different features (De Haes and et. al., 2011). Whenfinancial department make the budget then as per that the firm have make strategies. In the givenscenario, due to some issues company lead towards reduction of jobs in the market.So, byperforming some advertisement activates the industry can attract number of people from outsideenvironment.
