INTRODUCTION Business activity is engaged in the basic purpose of making profit. It is combined of all theactivities related to business like: investing, financing, operating and focusing on creating the valueso that level of performance of the company is reached to the highest point (Pohl, 2010). This caseis about the ABC recruitment company. In this firm, proper recruitment process is not followedowing to the reason, the inadequate leadership and ineffective management, which cause a hugedeficit in the organization.In this case, we have to discuss some points regarding the importance of business activity, aplan for own area of responsibility, to manage the appropriate system in the organization and tomaintain the health and safety. For increasing the overall performance of ABC Company, differentstrategies should be made in clear way (Forsgren and Johanson, 2014). Through the propermanagement process starting from planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling anoutcome will come up with the effective manner. ABC Company has maintained the level by properleadership and effective management process. In the recruitment company, a particular area isselected for improving and various business strategies, which are framed in effective manner so thatoutcome is in productive (Jeston and Nelis, 2014).TASK 11.1 Interrelationships between the different process and functions of the companyThe ABC recruitment company has a particular structure starting from:General director;Business development manager;Recruitment manager; andOperational manager Different process and functions of ABC Company are interrelated if entity followed theproper structure. Organisation operations related to thesales and marketing etc. the whole practices is definingevery activity and function of eachdepartment. Industry process collect the input and give an output by following business functions.Firm functions are linked and a motive is to give a productive result. .
