INTRODUCTIONIn order to succeed in the contemporary business environment, it is essential formanagement to focus on managing business activities as well as resources as it will result inaccomplishing aims and objectives of the firm (Bolton, 2014). It is also important to manage allthe operational activities related to day to day business. Presently, the study focuses on casescenario of ABC Company with an aim to understand interrelationship of the department andfunctions within the company. Furthermore, the report will also emphasize to design qualitysystems and manage health and safety at the workplace as it leads to improve the overallorganizational performance. Lastly, the report will also focus on carrying out the risk assessmentfrom the workplace so that they can provide proper health and safety working environment to theindividuals those who are rendering servicing in the organization.
