INTRODUCTION Management and operation are the two important task of organization which have to work effectively and efficiently to get the successful in development of the company along with the coordination among leaders and managers. There are different roles of manager and leader following different management and leadership models and approach in different operation function of the organization as the different tactics to improve the profitably and productivity. To achieve the goals of organizationAUDI has to perform the management and operation. In this report majorly the role of leader and manager will be highlightsin the organization Audi along with all approaches and theories which will help in increasing the efficiency of employee as the importance of management and operations. On the basis of the criteria of particular situation the plan a or plan b will be implemented. On the other hand management human relation theory will try to pay emphasis in increasing productivity from dissatisfied employee by changing their environmental condition so that these changes can bring positive impact and productivity can increase. 3

In the same situation leader and manger used to play different roles and function in same organization to solve major issues. Technological change. In every company after a certain period there is change in technology that effects organization internally and externally. With help of technological development the quality of services or product served by company tends to improve. the technological change created risk in company due to mismanagement and resistance in company employees(Khanh and Son,2016). The efficiency and effectiveness of the workplace will be reduced at starting level as the lack of training about new technology and resistance of employees. Hence, this turn out to be barrier in development and implementation of technological changer. Role of leader Leader will understand the need of the change in technology in the organization. Leader in the company will try to influence the followers about the benefit of technological change and help them to work according to the development of needs of organization. Leader will try to make employees more focussed by creative ways in company enhancement. The leader will ask management to provide training to employee so that they can accept the changes. The leader of Audi company will try to increase confidence of employees to accept change. Role of manager. Manger will try to understand what are major issue in acceptability of technological change in employee environment. For this manger will call up for meeting with all the subordinates and other member of management to decide further step for development. Manager will try to identify needs of employee and different management style will be implemented so that the purpose of technological change can be achieved. Employment turnover : Employment turnover refers to the condition where the rate of employees leaving the company is very high as comparative toretention of employees(Kennedy, 2016). The employees used to leave Audi companies as they feel demotivated towards there work or working environment is not suitable to them. Other major reason for retention of employee can be due to management issues, so they replace employees with new employees. Role of leaders As there is high employee turnover in Audi company, leader of company will try to satisfy the needs of employee as to make them insist on staying longer in organization. Leader used to play major role in development of needs of employees. The motivates employee will be asked to fill feedback and this will eventually will have critical analysis the reason why employment turnover is high. Leader makes thejob interesting of employee by giving them appreciation, good feedback and appropriate training. Role of manager The role of manager in Audi company is that they playimportant emphasis to reduce the turnover in the company(Keller, 2017.). They try to treat there employee with all opportunity and equal participant in the decision-making so that employee is freely shared their problem with manager. the motivation incentive such as promotion, incentives, health and safety reward are given so that employee's remain motivated and turn over comes towards reduction. The implementation of six sigma and other techniques are done so that the proper allocation sources can be done in the proper way. Total quality management(TQM)-in company AUDI it is important to have the strong customer base as this company is already target the high end customer in market. The consumer of this organization will be treated as the customer first. The overall development of organization is need so that the proper allocation of resources can be done in proper way. The statistical quality managementshould be applied. The company is trying to produce the best quality of product with overall development of company so that productivity and efficiency of company can be increased at higher level(Gates and Chehebar, 2018). It is the responsibility of the company is to develop the society. It simply means that the company is developing at the cost of the society so it is important to develop the society. So the organisation has to pay it duty to work in the development of company(Auvinen,2015.). Leaders will look after the development 9
of quality control over the society along with the management of worker as to develop the organisation. Culture– the company like Audi will try to active the culture of the society as to make the development of the employee. The development of the employee will make the increase in the productivity of d the profitability of organisation to be achieved.
