activities a manager has to play active role in controlling activities in organisation in efficient
way. A manager has to make sure that he adopt a potent management style that is required in
controlling activities in organisation. This report is based on hotel ''The Milestone Hotel and
Residences ''. It is as five star hotel located in Kensington Court, Kensington, London, UK. The
place is located in posh location in UK established in 1884. So having long historical background
the manager have to make efficient planning in leading the workforce (Beck, Demirgüç-
Kuntand and Levine, 2010). In this report several motivational theories are discussed for better
implementation of their theory in business structure.

Management is an important factor that that is to be considered very seriously as it help
in managing different managing different activities of a business. Managing business activity is
essential for different types of organisation of any size. Proper management leads to formulation
