It is essential inorganization for adopting a proper leadership as this will help in gaining competitiveadvantage. There are different kind of requirements of leadership in the organization thatincludes the following:The organizational leadership requires proper ethics as the ethics will aid the differentleaders in balancing the loyalty and truth along with it will help in achieving the differentkind of short-term and long-term objectives. The effective kind of leaders will help inutilizing the ethics as to understand the types of leadership and whether it is ethical in natureor not as well (Meuser et al., 2016). Communication is the other tool for the different individuals who are working in theorganization as this will help in interfacing with the different groups in the entireorganization. The proper and accurate effective communication is essential in theorganization as this will help in solving different kind of conflicts. Fundamental nature of leadership Alvesson and Kärreman, (2016) defined that leadership as the social kind of exchangeor the different kind of transactions between those who are following as well as leading.

Furthermore, it can be seen that the main function of the different leaders is tomobilize the employees in the organization to mobilize the others towards achieving theshared goals. Antonakis & Day, (2017) suggested that the leaders could behave in the sameand particular manner like the other team members in the team who are performing as toachieve the desired goals and they can influence the individuals in the team in an activemanner. It is the social kind of attractiveness that has been indicatedby Coccia, (2017) wherein the reasons are stated that leader is able to secure the differentkind of compliance along with recommendations and suggestions that the leader will make. Ithas been seen and commented by (Bolden, (2016), wherein it is seen that leadership is theprocess of the influence that mobilizes and enlists the involvement of the different employeesin attainment of the different goals that are collective in nature.
