Moreovertraining should also be provided to increase employees productivity so as to raise their skills toincrease productivity within the organisation. Therefore organisation should conduct therecruitment, selection and training of their individuals in a effective manner towards conductingbusiness operations smoothly (ajda, 2015). Chosen organisation for this research project is Marks& Spencer which is a London based multinational firm dealing in clothing, food items and homeproducts. This company is situated in Westminster, UK and successfully operates in globalcontext. This project will focus on framing aims and objectives and will determine projectmanagement plan which will consider risk, resources, cost and time for completing the researchin a proper manner. Moreover small research is also conducted so as to analyse the data in aproper manner and draw proper conclusions and recommendation. Background of researchThis research is done on a large multinational firm which is Marks & Spencer. Thiscompany deals in retail sector and offer food products, clothes and home items to their customerbase around globe. This research is based on how the respective company should enhance itsrecruitment, selection and training practices in order to fulfil global needs of the customer. Purpose of research This research is conducted for the purpose to find out the structure that howmultinational organisations can improve their recruitment, selection and training programmesand meet the needs of the customer globally as well as it helps the researcher to analyse thesignificance of enhancing these HR practices within the organisation.

It is a effective plan which properlydefines, prepares, integrates and coordinates with other planning activities. Moreover it alsoprovides appropriate information to the stakeholders regarding understanding of the task and itsaction towards systematic way. (Ariely, 2012).
