INTRODUCTION
Globalization is based on integration of country economies through capital flow, investment,
technology and labor migration. It is the most frequently used in the multinational companies for
creating the global economy and also applying the movement of people, technology and
knowledge across the internal borders (Pieterse, 2019). Globalization has contributed in the labor
markets for closing the gap between employees and developing the economics, especially
through advance technology. In this way, it also plays important role in the business operations
of training, selection and recruitment which improve the performance of employee because it can
identify the efficient candidate those who easily hold the entire recruitment process effectively
and efficiently.
Cadbury have brought the procedures and policies of Human resources that can use the
new method of selection and recruitment, which acquire the strategic planning for managing and
controlling the process of training in the Cadbury.
Aim: To assess the ways of improving recruitment, selection and training of their employee to
meet requirement of multinational companies. A Case study on Cadbury. The project is focused
on the HRM practices that can improve all type operations and functions in order to maintain
standards of HRM. Moreover, globalization will improve the HRM standards that include a
specific technique or method in order to increase the performance of HRM.
Objectives:
To identify the significance of globalization in terms of recruitment, selection and
training to improve the HRM functions in order to achieve the specific objectives of
Cadbury.
To implement the No-discrimination policy within employee training program to enhance
the performance of HRM in order to meet the international standards of Human resources
management.
To analyze the overall impact of globalization on different HRM functions of Cadbury
such as recruitment and selection, employee satisfaction etc.

Research Type
Is conducted for enhancing knowledge base in context of subject matter so as to solve
issues being faced by researcher in completing such study. Qualitative research is based on ideas,
concepts, hypothesis as framed from data collected via open ended communication means
(Bresler and Stake, 2017). Quantitative one deals with statistical figures, data, its analysis for end
users. Qualitative type has been used by researcher as it is best for subject matter in terms of
ideas, hypothesis generation.
Research philosophy

using Purposive sampling technique for collecting information from selecting 30 employees
from Cadbury.

completing research study. Thematic analysis technique has been used by researcher thereby
emphasizing on formulation of different themes related to subject matter of research topic.
Ethical consideration
Compliance has been made by researcher while conducting of research study i.e. all data
has been collected from different sources, websites. No data has been copied as it is and is totally
rephrased before using it. Also, consent form has been filled in by respondents willingly for
taking participation.

Different issues have been faced by researcher for completing research project
successfully. Due to privacy issue, password protected data are not available for researcher
(Fletcher, 2017). Also, different websites deny permission for accessing data from it. As a result,

REFLECTION
From the above study I have learned about aims and objective that is useful in conducting
research for further scope in the study. There are number of task that is performed for conducting
whole research. Aims and objective is prepared for determining impact of globalisation on
international market in this research. For evaluating data that is being collected objectives is
being set by researcher. Further, I have made project management plan for deciding cost, time,
scope, risk that is occurred while doing research. Then I have learned about work break down
structure that help me in managing work for the future purpose in research. I have prepared Gantt
chart based on work break down structure that help in managing all task while performing
research.
I used different methods that help in providing an impact of globalisation on international
market. It is also important while taking right kind of research methodology that help me in
identify impact of globalisation on future profits of the company. Then data analysis is done for
determining various aspect of globalisation. I have developed different skills such as analytical
and communication skills that help me in continuing research for the future. I have also faced
difficulties while doing this study as there is lack of resources while conducting this research.
I have learnt about the HRM standards and practices in the Cadbury where globalization
help for improving their operations and functions. I also improve my own knowledge and skill
about research project because It always help for me to achieve the project objective
successfully. As per my views, the research will help for me to increase ability and capability.
The research project helped to understand depth knowledge about the project aim for
analysing the requirement.
Due to lack of resources sometimes I am not able to complete task on given deadline. As my
communication skill is improved and I am able to people an easily interacting with them that
help in utilizing effective use of resources. This research is being taken into consideration
research methodology in that interpretivism philosophy is taken for identifying better
understanding of topic and gaining more knowledge from it. On the other hand, inductive
approach is taken for implementation of new concepts in business. In this research both primary
and secondary data is being used for collecting information from different sources. Therefore,
thematic analysis is being taken into consideration for doing data analysis in this study.
