To grow successfully in the global market it is necessary for the organization to come up
with innovative idea. So that tough competition can be created for top big brand revealing in the

important to market the creative and unique product in the market in order to generate huge
profit. This report is based on Admiral Sportswear which is a British recognised sportswear
brand. Organization was founded in the year 1914 around 105 years (Abramson,2019). Company
is located in Manchester, United Kingdom and serve it's product to the potential customers
across the globe. This assignment covers aims and objectives of the topic. Also, prepare WBS,
Gantt Chart and project management plan including cost, scope, time, risk etc. Focus on
qualitative and quantitative research so that aims and objectives can be attained. Additionally,

United Kingdom. This firm is successfully running it's business across the globe in the cut throat
competitive world. The products which are offered to the potential customers are footwear,
accessories and sportswear.
Aim:
To identify “why there is need to create and market a brand new summer shoes to
compete with big name brands”. A study report on Admiral Sportswear.
SMART Objectives:
To increase the sales ratio of summer shoes by 25% in the coming one year so that firm
can compete with big brand .
New summer shoes measures to earn 40% profitability in coming two years as well as
will be able to bit big brands in the market place.
To compete with the big brands company in the initial eight months they provide 15%
discount so that customer base for summer shoes can be raised .

brings huge loss top the company which is a negative sign for the firm.
