INTRODUCTION

and ideas in the business. Diversity is undertaken in respect of differentiating the people or group
to bring innovative ideas at work place. Thus, it is necessary that companies must carry the
equality and diversity in better way. Present research is based upon the topic related to cultural
diversity which indicates that the diversity of culture or societies which can be based on
language, religion or region and thus, it raises positive and negative impact upon the business
(Vlahovᵃ, Mišićᵇ and Radujkovića, 2016). This report is based upon the Rolls Royce motor car,
which is the luxury automobile maker company founded in 1998. This report will cover the
matters relating to aim and objectives of this research and also the data is presented through
Gantt chart. It also carries various methods and then interpreting the data to provide accurate
results.

Overview: Rolls Royce motor carries the renowned brand name in market relating to carrying
the logo and innovative design which attract the interest of the customer towards the products for
longer way. They deal in the undertaking the licence of BMW and promote the products through
their own brand name. At present, they are engaged with around 1300 employees carrying the
business and also such employees are belonged to different culture and background which bring
innovative ideas at work place.

stationary used or system or laptop is to be carried to save the information which is
collected during the time of research. In this, the actual budget which is set to complete
the research is £350. Scope: In respect of competing the research, this is useful to the corporate and academic
person to use the research in their own research. As the strategies which is used in
presenting the information helps the companies and authors to bring changes in their
working style and also they gain more crucial information (Turner, 2016). Time: To complete the project, particular time is set so that every activity is given
sufficient time to complete the project and gather relevant information (Okoro, 2016). To
present the research relating to the project initiation till the completion date, it is
presented through the Gantt chart which is prepared for the 12 weeks. Quality: It is necessary in the research that quality is to be maintained in respect of
presenting the information or collecting the data from the relevant sources. Thus, in this
