INTRODUCTION
Workforce is an important asset for an organisation that leads management to gain top
position in market through performing all work and operations with an innovative approach. In
the present scenario, most of the organisation operating various branches at different places so it
is mandatory for management to manage and control workforce through implementing equality
and diversity strategy at workplace. Rowlinson Knitwear Limited is selected as an organisation
for this report which manufactures garments in bulk for fulfilling needs of customers at different
places. Company is offering their business at different places that include different areas of
Europe. Moreover, report highlights on aims and objectives, project management plan and use of
Gantt chart and WBS in a research. In the last, different methods of research and
recommendation on the basis of research will focus in the report.

P1 Project objectives and aims
Globalisation is enhancing their composition in the market due to which almost all
organisations are competing with each other at a similar platform. It also refers that local
workforce is also engaged in organisation operations and functions which relates with different
culture, religion and language. Therefore, business or enterprise requires need for promoting
diversity and equality at workplace in order to offer equal opportunity to all employees. This
helps company to retain its competitiveness in market by performing all work according to
desired goals.
Project- The term project is explained as a set of action and activities that are performed by
individuals in an organised manner for obtaining a specific outcome. Project is also completed
with team for completion of work with decided time period.

P4 Quantitative and qualitative approach for attaining desired goals and objectives
Qualitative approach- In the context of researcher investigator implements the approach
for identifying all those aspects that helps to maintain quality of work. In the aspects of
qualitative approach it is used to provide meaningful information by using less mathematical
